I am a marriage and family therapist intern with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families overcome their challenges and strengthen their relationships. Life can seem overwhelming and even frightening at times. Our most important relationships and life issues trigger physical, emotional, and mental responses we do not understand and cannot seem to overcome by ourselves. So many of our struggles are exacerbated by a lack of skills and knowledge, which can be obtained through effective therapy. Together, we will build upon your strengths to help you effectively approach your challenges. We will clarify your goals together and get you on the path to healing and achieving them.
